近年来有许多关于新皂甙的抗炎活性的报道。作者曾用角叉菜胶引起大鼠足踱水肿法对多种生药进行了抗水肿作用的筛选,发现不少含有皂甙的生药具有这种活性。马胡卡属植物(Mad huca.longifolia LMacbridz,简称Mi)所含的Mi—皂甙的化学结构类似于美远志皂甙,二者都有抗炎作用。本文进一步探讨了Mi—皂甙对各种炎症模型的作用,并一方面与已知的抗炎药β—七叶树皂角素(β—escin)和保太松进行比较,另一方面还研究了与上述两个药物合并用药的效果。
In recent years there have been many reports on the anti-inflammatory activity of new saponins. The authors used carrageenan to induce edema of rat foot falsification and screened various crude drugs for anti-edema. It was found that many crude drugs containing saponin have such activity. The chemical structure of Mi-saponin contained in the genus Madhus (Longhornia LMacbridz) (Mi) is similar to that of Melanopsis saponin, both of which have anti-inflammatory effects. This article further explored the role of Mi-saponin in various inflammatory models, and compared it with the known anti-inflammatory drugs β-escin and β-escinone on the one hand and on the other hand.
