病毒性肝炎的发生发展或自身免疫性肝病与自身免疫紊乱相关,自身免疫紊乱的进行性加重可致肝病加重。本文拟从分子模拟、凋亡和遗传因素等方面初步探讨自身免疫紊乱机制在重症肝病发展中的作用。
