据悉,国家计委正酝酿着重大改革的新举措。主要是:适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,根本改变过去那种高度集中的行政指令性计划管理体制,建立一种能够正确反映市场,有效引导市场的新型的宏观经济管理体制。概括起来,计委转换职能,进行改革,有二十八字方针:研究战略;制定规划;综合平衡;培育市场;重点建设,宏观调控,协调服务。
