机床的拖板、滑座及工作台等部件的运动精度,直接影响工件的几何精度、表面粗糙度及其波纹度。对于精加工机床,它的位移精度要求更高。因此,对这些部件的运动精度提出了更严格的要求。影响滑动部件运动精度的主要因素是:1.与其相配合的导轨几何精度及接触精度不良。2.摩擦副的摩擦特性(包括润滑系统阻尼特性)等。3.传动系统的刚度不足,构成传动链中的弹性环节。4.机床导轨结构形式不合理。5.电气拖动系统机械特性软。
