The necessity of clarifying the evidence attribute of the polygraph conclusion lies in the seriousness of the civil lawsuit’s reversion to the pursuit of true goals and the lack of integrity and abuse of the right of action by litigants. There is no conflict between the evidence of polygraph conclusion and the theory of burden of proof and the litigation right protection of parties. Polygraph findings are indirect evidence that needs additional evidence to reinforce.
