按照京组发[2005]16号文件精神所确定的工作目标与任务,我市2007年度将继续采取公开招聘的方式,聘用3000名高校毕业生担任京郊农村党支部书记助理、村委会主任助理,推进有条件的行政村实现“村村有大学生”的工作目标。本刊记者就相关工作安排和有关高校毕业生关注的问题,采访了市委组织部副部长、市人事局局长辛铁。
In accordance with the objectives and tasks set forth in the document [2005] No. 16 issued by the Beijing Municipal Government, the city will continue to adopt an open recruitment approach in 2007 and employ 3,000 university graduates as assistant secretary of the party branch in the rural areas of the suburbs of Beijing and director of the village committee Assistant to promote the conditions of the administrative village to achieve the “village has a college student” work objectives. Correspondents on the relevant work arrangements and concerns about the issue of college graduates interviewed the Municipal Organization Department Vice Minister, Municipal Bureau of Personnel Secretary Xin Tie.
