With the approval of the Academy of Sciences, we participated in the European Gold Conference held in 1989 in Toulouse, France. The conference was large in scale and more than 350 scholars from more than 50 countries attended the meeting. It is actually an international gold conference. The meeting is divided into two stages. The first phase of academic exchanges, including academic reports and posters exhibitions; the second phase of the geological investigation, are arranged prior to academic activities or academic activities, time is one week. 64 academic reports, more than 100 posters on display. Consists of five identical parts. Ie gold mining research; geochemical application of gold; migration and precipitation of gold; mineralogy of gold and its control over the choice of gold recovery methods; gold recovery. From the statistical data, the most research articles are gold mining areas, accounting for 37.5% and 40.2% respectively of the total number of reports and exhibitions; the second is the study on gold migration and sedimentation, accounting for 25% and 25.5% respectively. Among the research results submitted in this study, the most gold-related research results in Europe are gold mining, accounting for 59.2% of the total; followed by the Americas accounting for 12.5%.
