开发商眼看要撑不住了,迫不及待的购房者却伸出了援助之手和很多人的期望并不一致,楼市“回暖”了。包括北京、上海、广州、深圳等几乎所有的国内一线城市,均出现了成交量和房价齐头并进的局面。以北京为例,今年3月份北京成交商品住宅约155万平方米,这个数字已经接近2007年房价最高峰时候的水平。
