在现代教育发展的过程中,教育需要实施多层次发展。因此教育的模式,需要构建多种层次的结构。中职教育是教育结构中的重要阶层,中职教育以专业化教育为主,以培养直接的人才为主。但是,随着人们观念的变化,人们对中职教育产生了一定的误区。这种理念上的认知,使得中职教育的招生过程受到阻碍。在高等教育广泛发展的前提下,中职教育在招生过程中,面对多种多样的难题,这种难题既是体制结构决定的,也是社会教育思维决定的。本文从多个角度分析了中职教育招生过程中存在的问题及其产生的原因,同时,以实践性的理论要求,提出了中职教育招生过程,强化实效性的对策。
In the process of modern education, education needs to implement multi-level development. Therefore, the education model needs to construct a multi-level structure. Secondary vocational education is an important class in the educational structure, and secondary vocational education is mainly specialized education, mainly in cultivating direct talents. However, with the change of people’s concept, people have some misunderstandings about the secondary vocational education. This concept of cognition, making the enrollment process of secondary education is hindered. Under the premise of the wide development of higher education, secondary vocational education faces a variety of difficult problems in the process of enrollment. This kind of problem is not only determined by the institutional structure but also determined by social educational thinking. This article analyzes the problems existing in the process of enrollment of secondary vocational education and its causes from multiple perspectives. At the same time, it puts forward the countermeasures to strengthen the actual effect of enrollment of secondary vocational education based on practical theoretical requirements.
