3月12日,上海市水利学会第九次会员代表大会在科学会堂隆重召开。中国水利学会常务副理事长顾浩、上海市科学技术协会副主席蔡永莲、上海市水务局副局长刘晓涛出席大会开幕式。会议审议并通过了“上海市水利学会第八届理事会工作报告”、“上海市水利学会章程”、“上海市水利学会第八届理事会财务通报”和“第九届理事会理事、监事选举办法”。并按照选举办法产生了新一届理事会理事、常务理事、理事长、副理事长和秘书长。新一届理事会共有51位理事组成,石小强当选为理事长,
