根据带式输送机装载断面形状,建立了物料堆积数学模型,分析了3种情形下的装载断面积,并根据物料的实际下落情况,给出了正确的断面参数。针对物料下落时的能量转化关系,给出了物料对带式输送机冲击力的计算方法,为输送机装载缓冲装置的优化设计提供了理论依据。
According to the shape of loading section of belt conveyor, a mathematical model of material accumulation was set up, and the loading cross-sectional area was analyzed under the three conditions. The correct cross-section parameters were given according to the actual falling condition of the material. Aiming at the energy transformation relation when the material falls, the method of calculating the impact force of the material on the belt conveyor is given, which provides a theoretical basis for the optimization design of the conveyor loading buffer device.
