随着经济的快速发展,建筑行业的发展也取得了巨大的成就,但建筑工程中仍旧存在质量问题。文章主要分析了建筑工程质量管理中存在的问题及对策。研究结果表明:我国建筑工程质量管理中存在政府缺乏监督,不重视建筑工程的质量,从业人员素质不高及材料控制环节薄弱等问题,并提出了具体的对策,旨在为今后的研究提供理论基础和技术指导。
With the rapid economic development, the construction industry has also made great achievements, but there are still quality problems in the construction. The article mainly analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the quality management of construction project. The results show that there are some problems in the quality management of construction engineering in our country, such as the lack of supervision by the government, the lack of attention to the quality of construction projects, the low quality of employees and the weak control of materials.
