以生物可降解聚合物为载体的微球缓释给药系统是近10余年药剂学研究热点之一。应用聚乳酸-羟基乙酸共聚物(PLGA)包被蛋白质药物较传统注射有很多优势,如缓慢释放活性物质、延长药物的生物半衰期、增加生物利用度等。文中综述了重组人生长激素PLGA微球的制备技术和影响微球体外释药的因素。
The microspheres sustained-release drug delivery system based on biodegradable polymers is one of the hotspots of pharmaceutical research in recent ten years. Application of polylactic acid - glycolic acid copolymer (PLGA) coated protein drugs have many advantages over traditional injection, such as slow release of active substances, prolonging the biological half-life of drugs and increasing bioavailability. In this paper, the preparation technology of recombinant human growth hormone PLGA microspheres and the factors affecting the in vitro release of microspheres were reviewed.
