同志们:中央党校函授学院延边分院工作会议历时二天半,即将胜利结束。这次会议是在州委党校校委的领导下召开的,会议取得了圆满的成功,达到了预期的目的,可以说开成了一次团结、改革、务实和鼓劲的会议。我们这次会议是在全面贯彻落实全国、全省和全州党校工作会议精神,认真总结一年来函授工作经验的情况下召开的。与会的县市、企业函授站及函授直属站领导和教务科长,对召开这次会议很重视,做了认真的准备。会议在党的十四届四中全会精神和邓小平建设有中国特色社会主义理论的指导下,紧紧围绕“进一步解放思想、深化教学改革,强化科学管理,加强基础工作,全面提高办学质量,以优异的成绩迎接中央党校函授学院成立十周年”这个主题召开的。会议期间,我们先后听取了州委常委、组织部长隋喜林、省委党校函授部领 Comrades: The working conference of the Yanbian Branch of the Central Party School Correspondence School lasted two and a half days and was about to end.
