Objective: To investigate the role of SIL -2 R and T cell subsets in the pathogenesis of condyloma acuminatum. Methods: The levels of soluble interleukin 2 receptor (SIL-2R) and T lymphocyte subsets (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4 / CD8) in peripheral blood of 70 patients with condyloma acuminatum were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA and micro cytotoxicity assay Of the test, and compared with 40 healthy people. Results: The levels of SIL-2R and CD8 in patients with condyloma acuminatum were significantly higher (P <0.05), while the ratios of CD4 and CD4 / CD8 were significantly lower (P <0.05) Concerned, the number of lesions greater than 5 or skin lesions more common in patients with CO2 laser treatment, the recurrence rate than the number of lesions less than 5 and lesions were limited. Conclusion: The detection of SIL-2 R and T cell subsets in patients with condyloma acuminatum has certain significance in judging the condition and guiding the treatment.
