【本刊讯】四十年革命建设,我们国家的面貌发生了巨大而深刻的变化,取得了举世瞩目的成就。四十年来,我省档案事业,在各级党委、政府的领导以及各部门的重视、支持下,通过广大干部奋发图强,艰苦创业,克服了重重困难,不断前进,迅速发展。特别是党的十一届三中全会和实施《档案法》以来,更加快了发展步伐。目前,展现在我们面前的是这样一种可喜局面:
In our 40 years of revolutionary construction, the appearance of our country has undergone tremendous and profound changes, and remarkable achievements have been made. Over the past 40 years, the archives project in our province has overcome difficulties, kept moving forward and rapidly developed through cadres’ efforts and arduous pioneering work under the leadership and support of all party committees and governments as well as various departments. Especially since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Party and the implementation of the “Archives Law,” the pace of development has been accelerated even more. What we are seeing before us is such a welcome situation:
