以聚丙烯腈纤维(PAN)为原料,改性制得含有偕胺肟基团的螯合纤维(AOCF),使其与纳米硫化汞反应,制得纳米硫化汞/偕胺肟复合纤维(nano-HgS/AOCF)。运用扫描电镜(SEM)及X-衍射能谱仪(EDX)对样品进行了表征,并研究了纤维对大肠杆菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌性能。结果表明,偕胺肟纤维表面生成了分散均匀的纳米硫化汞,0.15 g的nano-HgS/AOCF对大肠杆菌的抑菌能力与5.0万单位的青霉素相当,而对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑菌能力与2.0万单位的青霉素相当。
Using polyacrylonitrile fiber (PAN) as raw material, chelating fiber (AOCF) containing amidoxime group was modified to react with nano-mercuric sulfide to prepare nano-mercuric sulfide / amidoxime composite fiber -HgS / AOCF). The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (EDX). The antibacterial activity of the fiber against Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis was also studied. The results showed that the surface of amidoxime fiber produced uniformly dispersed nano-mercuric sulfide. The antibacterial activity of 0.15 g nano-HgS / AOCF to Escherichia coli was comparable to that of 50 000 units penicillin. However, the antibacterial activity of Bacillus subtilis against 20 million units of penicillin quite.
