一、前言低频过量电噪声在广阔的炭纤维研究领域里已经被测量(通常“1/f”表示噪声,这里f表示频率),并且发现低频过量电噪声是试样性质的一种检测手段。炭纤维包括ex-聚丙烯腈炭纤维、ex-沥青炭纤维,硼化沥青炭纤维及在2800℃退火后的催化化学气相沉淀(CCVD)纤维。样品性质可由纤维经受的热处理最高温度控制。然而,石墨化及其它晶格完整性的测量表明,点阵缺陷在CCVD纤维中很容易除去,接下来依次是ex-沥青炭纤维和ex聚丙烯腈炭纤维。
I. INTRODUCTION Low-frequency excess electrical noise has been measured in the vast field of carbon fiber research (usually “1 / f” represents noise, where f represents frequency) and found that low-frequency excess electrical noise is a test of the nature of the specimen. Carbon fibers include ex-polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers, ex-pitch carbon fibers, borated pitch carbon fibers, and catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) fibers annealed at 2800 ° C. The nature of the sample can be controlled by the maximum temperature of the heat treatment the fiber is subjected to. However, graphitization and other lattice integrity measurements show that lattice defects are easily removed in CCVD fibers, followed by ex-pitch carbon fibers and ex polyacrylonitrile carbon fibers.
