1999年3月12日,联合国开发计划署、德国TUV、国家环保局在经过5天紧张严格的现场验收后联合宣布:“科龙CFC替代项目第二期工程正式通过德国TUV认证验收!”这是国内CFC替代首批全部获得德国TUV认证的项目,也是国内获联合国蒙特利尔多边基金赠款最多的一个项目.这次二期工程顺利通过TUV认证验收,标志着科龙CFC替代改造已经获得国际权威机构的安全认可,科龙无氟冰箱进入大批量生产阶段.
On March 12, 1999, the United Nations Development Program, the German TUV, and the National Environmental Protection Agency jointly announced after five days of rigorous and strict on-site acceptance: “The second phase of the Kelon CFC replacement project has been officially approved by the German TUV certification!” It is the first domestic CFC replacement project that has all been certified by German TUV, and it is also the largest domestic project awarded by the UN Multilateral Fund for Montreal. This second phase project passed the TUV certification and acceptance, indicating that Kelon CFC has been replaced by international authority. The safety approval of the organization, Kelon fluorine-free refrigerators enter the mass production stage.
