学会适应是每个人健康生活,获取成功的前提与基础。高职学生从中学来到大学会碰到角色转变带给他们的许多困惑。存在生活环境、学习环境、人际关系、心理状况等方面的不适应。因此,进入高职的大学新生必须不断地适应大学的新环境,新要求。作为高职院校的管理者和教师,要从不同方面教会学生控制自己的心理,学会积极地适应现实,发展自己。
