实习教学是中等职业学校服装教学中的一个重要环节。教师演示、学生模仿记忆的传统教学模式早已不能满足现代化技术人才培养的需求。实习课不应只是让学生动手操作而已,还应真正地把学生作为“主体”来对待,把学生放在突出的位置上;应充分发挥教师的“主导”地位,让教师讲究“导”法,学生讲究“练”法,从而提高服装实习的教学质量。笔者从三点着手:演示到位,为构筑学生创新意识提供良好铺垫;适当点拨,为学生创新思维配上开启的钥匙;讲评到位,铺设培养学生创新能力的阶梯。
Internship teaching is an important part of garment teaching in secondary vocational schools. Teachers demonstrate that the traditional teaching mode of students imitating memory has long been unable to meet the needs of modern technical personnel training. The practical course should not just let the students do it manually, but also treat the students as the “main body” truly, and put the students in a prominent position. Teachers should be given full play to their “leading position” “Guide ” method, students stress “practice ” method, thereby enhancing the teaching quality of clothing internship. The author starts from three points: the demonstration is in place to provide a good foundation for building students ’innovative awareness; proper dialing points for students to open the key to innovative thinking; commentary in place, lay the ladder to cultivate students’ innovative abilities.
