印度的 Mydrometallugy 用细菌强化硫脲从铅—锌硫化矿浮选尾矿中浸出金与银。他们研究了生物浸出对提高金银回收率的影响。采用硫脲代替传统的氰化物作提取金银的浸出剂。获得的实验结果表明,铅—锌浮选尾矿的生物预氧化在提高后来的硫脲浸出的金银回收率方面是极有用的。细菌硫脲浸出产生的金银回收率分别为92%和78%,而浮选尾矿的直接硫脲浸出分别为23%和45%。
India’s Mydrometallugy leached gold and silver from a lead-zinc sulphide flotation tailings using bacterial-enhanced thiourea. They studied the effect of bioleaching on increasing gold and silver recovery. Thiourea instead of traditional cyanide extraction of gold and silver leaching agent. The experimental results obtained show that the biological pre-oxidation of lead-zinc flotation tailings is extremely useful in increasing the recovery of gold and silver from subsequent thiourea leaching. The recovery of gold and silver from bacterial thiourea leaching was 92% and 78%, respectively, whereas direct thiourea leaching from flotation tailings was 23 and 45%, respectively.
