细胞介导免疫(CMI)是机体抵抗结核杆菌的主要防御机理,虽然其仅在结核病的四个阶段中的一个阶段起作用。本文用Lurie的家兔模型阐述了结核病的发病机理。证明迟发型变态反应能有效地阻止未成熟巨噬细胞中结核杆菌的对数生长。
Cell-mediated immunity (CMI) is the body’s main defensive mechanism against Mycobacterium tuberculosis, although it works only at one of the four stages of tuberculosis. In this paper, we use Lurie’s rabbit model to elucidate the pathogenesis of tuberculosis. It is demonstrated that delayed type hypersensitivity can effectively prevent the logarithmic growth of M. tuberculosis in immature macrophages.
