预应力损失的研究是预应力纤维增强材料(FRP)加固技术的关键之一,提出一种新型预应力张拉锚固一体式锚具,对其用于预应力加固损伤内压钢管过程中造成的摩擦损失、锚具损失、松弛损失的产生机理进行分析,通过弹塑性力学平面应力解法以及摩擦损失试验研究,建立摩擦损失后纤维布内力的分布模型;基于锚具损失试验与松弛损失试验的分析,得出前80 min存在锚具损失且锚具损失与螺栓的锁紧程度相关,并得到松弛损失随时间的变化规律以及松弛损失百分比。
