小麦QTL作图是进行小麦基因精细定位、克隆以及有效开展分子育种的基础。文章从小麦QTL定位的单标记作图法、区间作图法、复合区间作图法、混合线形模型法和Bayesian分析法等入手,分析了小麦QTL定位的方法及各自的特点,以期为相关研究提供参考。
Wheat QTL mapping is the basis for fine mapping of wheat genes, cloning and effective molecular breeding. In this paper, single-marker mapping, interval mapping, composite interval mapping, mixed linear model and Bayesian analysis of wheat QTL mapping were used to analyze the methods of QTL mapping in wheat and their respective characteristics. for reference.
