利用显性无腺体近等基因系研究了显性无腺体基因在3种不同陆地棉遗传背景下对棉花农艺性状的影响。结果表明:在所研究的性状上显性无腺体的作用方式相似,但遗传背景与腺体类型的互作效应在铃重、衣分、籽指、衣指、纤维伸长率上差异显著,显性无腺体基因在3种遗传背景下对产量和纤维品质无明显不良影响,但在衣分、籽指、衣指、纤维伸长率等性状上表现多效性。
The effects of dominant glandless gene on cotton agronomic traits under three different upland cotton genetic backgrounds were studied using dominant glandless proximal isogenic lines. The results showed that there was a similar mode of action on the trait without gland, but the interaction effect between genetic background and gland type had significant difference in boll weight, lint percentage, index finger, index finger and fiber elongation The dominant glandless gene showed no significant adverse effect on yield and fiber quality in the three genetic backgrounds, but showed pleiotropism on the characters of lint, seed, finger and fiber elongation.
