立定跳远作为一项传统田径比赛项目,是测试下肢爆发力和全身协调能力的最简单有效的手段。现已成为“学生体质健康测试项目”项目之一,也是很多地区体育考试、会考的必测项目或选测项目。但是由于立定跳远技术相对简单,加上一些教师在立定跳远教学和训练中方法单一,致使很多学生学练中常常感觉单调枯燥、苦和累,最终造成学生练习兴趣不高,锻炼效果不佳的局面。笔者结合自身二十多年的教学经验,妙用体操小垫子发展学生立定跳远的能力,不仅能安全有效地解决上述问题,而且还能为体育课堂教学增添异彩。以下几种方法,笔者小结出来,以供大家参考。
