本文采用优化粒度级配,适当改变硅粉含量和成型压力,探索了制备致密性和抗折性较高的Si_3N_4结合的SiC制品,该制品在抗铝水侵蚀,抗不同分子比冰晶石熔体及模拟工业电解条件实验中都表现出较好的抗蚀性能。
