今年我国的发电设备生产又以大跃进的速度继续向前发展,头八个月,全国共制造了发电设备115万千瓦,占全年计划180万千瓦的63.9%,等于第二个五年计划规定的1962年生产指标(140万~150万千瓦)的76.6%到82.1%,在发电设备的生产中,火力发电设备占有相当的比重,其制造工业的技术水平,也和产量并屑跃进。例如25,000千瓦的成套火力发电设备今年巳成批生产;50,000千瓦的汽轮机、锅炉巳经诞生,汽轮发电机也即将试制完成。但是目前汽轮机叶片的制造工艺,多数仍采用方坯铣削,材料利用率很低(平均只达20%左右)。这种情况是与大跃进的形势不相适应的,所以采用新的叶片制造工艺,以提高材料利用率和生产率,就成了当前的一项重要任务。

Therefore, it has become an important task to adopt a new blade manufacturing process to improve material utilization and productivity.
