The two “black swans” of low oil prices and the epidemic are having a serious impact on the oil industry.Improving quality and efficiency is of great significance for raising the low oil prices,broadening the living space of enterprises and promoting their steady development.The operation area of Jiqing Oilfield of CNPC Xinjiang Oilfield Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as “Jiqing Oilfield Operation Area”)is a newly established oil production unit.Facing the impact of low oil prices,it has taken measures to improve quality and efficiency,and formed a number of characteristic practices such as implementing the main responsibilities of the Party Committee,cohesion in joint efforts of work and taking multiple measures at the same time with a certain degree of innovation,extension,guidance and manoeuvrability.
