为推动校园足球科学有效地发展,将青少年校园足球工作开展落到实处,山东省根据《关于加快发展青少年校园足球的实施意见》,依托山东体育学院成立了山东省校园足球发展研究中心,该中心受山东省青少年校园足球工作领导小组办公室的直接领导,是山东省校园足球开展的执行组织和研究机构,进一步明确了推动山东省校园足球系统、全面和可持续发展中的使命、责任和具体的职能,使校园足球工作的开展突破理论框架,推动实践操作,有利于积极探索具有地市特色的校园足球发展模式。该中心的成立使校园足球工作的落实有了具体的组织机构和人员,便于系统地将政策、机构、目标进行整合,更好地发挥政策贯通、目标分层、组织连贯的系统功能。本刊现将《山东省青少年校园足球发展促进计划》内容进行摘登整理供各地参考和借鉴。
