1996年是“九五”计划的开局年,也是我省公路行业实施第二轮投入产出目标责任制的第一年。我们在省交通厅党组的直接领导下,依靠地方各级党委、政府的大力支持,务真求实,奋力拼搏,截止1996年底公路通车里程49617公里,其中:一、二级公路6188公里;桥梁7477座,281135延米。全省公路工作基本实现了开好头,起好步的要求。其主要表现在:
1996 is the first year of the Ninth Five-Year Plan and also the first year for the highway industry in our province to implement the target responsibility system for the second round of input-output. Under the direct leadership of the party committees of the Provincial Communications Department, we rely on the strong support of local party committees and governments at all levels for their pragmatism and hard work. By the end of 1996, 49,617 kilometers of roads have been opened to traffic, of which 6188 kilometers are primary and secondary roads and 7477 Block, 281135 Yanmi.
