目的讨论成人慢性牙周炎基础治疗包括超声波洁治术及龈下刮治术,术后3%过氧化氢液及0.9%无菌盐水冲洗牙周袋,牙周袋内涂布药物,临床观察对比药物疗效。方法选取2012年10月—2013年8月该院口腔科门诊诊断为成人慢性牙周炎患者共86例,按患者就诊时间平均分为二组,即观察组和对照组,各43例。所有患者给予超声波龈上洁治术及龈下刮治术,术后给予3%过氧化氢液及0.9%无菌盐水冲洗牙周袋,观察组术后将米诺环素软膏置入牙周袋内,每周牙周袋换药2次,共4周。对照组患者采用碘甘油置于牙周袋内,观察对比疗效。结果观察组与对照组中,绝大部分病例临床症状均有不同程度的缓解。观察组总有效例数(显效+有效)39例,有效率为90.6%,明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论成人慢性牙周炎经超声波洁治术及龈下刮治术及牙周袋冲洗等牙周基础治疗后辅以牙周袋内涂布米诺环素软膏效果明显,值得临床推广。

Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic periodontitis diagnosed as stomatology in our hospital from October 2012 to August 2013 were divided into two groups according to the time of visiting the patients: observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group.
