统筹城乡发展,实现城乡一体化,是新的历史条件下解决“三农”问题的根本举措,也是南岳区在新的发展起点上转变发展方式、推动科学发展的重大战略。2013年区委六届二次全会提出了建设统筹城乡示范区的目标,2014年区委经济工作会议作出了建设统筹城乡发展示范区的总动员,立足南岳实际,如何顺势而为,加快建设统筹城乡发展示范区,成为当前我们面临的重大课题。
The overall planning of urban and rural development and the integration of urban and rural areas are fundamental measures to solve the “three rural issues” under the new historical conditions and a major strategy for transforming the mode of development and promoting scientific development in the new development starting point of Nanyue District. In 2013, the Second Plenary Session of the Sixth CPC National Committee proposed the goal of building a comprehensive urban and rural demonstration area. In 2014, the Economic Work Conference of the Party Committee made a total mobilization to build a comprehensive demonstration area for urban and rural development. Based on the reality of Nanyue, Demonstration area development has become a major issue we are facing now.
