Human blood glucose testing is a key issue in the treatment of diabetes. Traditional blood glucose testing methods require blood sampling, causing the patient’s pain and the risk of infection. However, in the research of noninvasive blood glucose detection methods, the high concentrations of macromolecules present in the blood can cause severe scattering of spectra, and the detection accuracy can not meet the medical needs. Therefore, to avoid the interference of macromolecular substances in the blood, the search for an alternative blood medium is a breakthrough in non-invasive blood glucose detection research. This paper summarizes the relationship between tissue fluid and blood in human body, the distribution of tissue fluid in the skin, the relationship between tissue fluid and blood glucose, the time delay of tissue fluid and blood glucose, the research progress of detection of tissue fluid glucose, and proves that using tissue fluid as an alternative medium Feasibility of Infrared Noninvasive Blood Glucose Test.
