目的:探讨卷拍属植物小孢子做形态学特征及其在植物分类学和药材鉴定学上的意义。方法:应用扫描电子显微镜对卷柏属14种植物的小孢子进行了观察。结果:14种卷柏的小孢子各不相同,其中多数小孢子的微形态特征为首次报道。结论:卷柏属植物小孢子的微形态特征具有种间专属性,外壁纹饰、裂缝形态和四分体的特征等都是卷柏属植物鉴定和卷拍类药材鉴别的重要依据。
Objective: To investigate the morphological characteristics of microspore of the genus Scirpus and its significance in plant taxonomy and medicinal material identification. Methods: Microspores of 14 species of Selaginella were observed by scanning electron microscopy. RESULTS: The microspores of 14 Selaginella species were different, and the micromorphological characteristics of most of them were reported for the first time. Conclusion: The micromorphological characteristics of microspore in Selaginella spp. have interspecies specificity. The outer wall ornamentation, fracture morphology and tetrahedron features are important basis for the identification of Selaginella species and the identification of medicinal materials for coil plots.
