邮电经济效益有两层含义,一是邮电的社会效益,二是邮电的自身效益。对于前者,近年来引起大家的重视,有了广泛的研究;对于后者,有待于进一步研究探讨。 (一) 强调与重视邮电的社会效益是非常必要的,这是我们考虑和评价邮电工作的基本出发点。但是,企业自身的效益同样不容忽视,它是社会效益的物质基础,没有良好的自身效益,也就不可能带来更多的、更好的、更稳定的社会效益。
The economic benefits of post and telecommunications have two meanings. One is the social benefits of post and telecommunications, and the other is the self-efficacy of post and telecommunications. For the former, it has attracted everyone’s attention in recent years and has made extensive research; for the latter, it needs to be further studied. (1) Emphasizing and attaching importance to the social benefits of post and telecommunications is very necessary. This is the basic starting point for our consideration and evaluation of post and telecommunication work. However, the benefits of the enterprise itself cannot be ignored. It is the material basis of social benefits. Without good self-benefit, it is impossible to bring more, better, and more stable social benefits.
