抗日战争胜利后,正当山东军区部队渡海北上,开辟东北解放区之际,美国为了帮助国民党抢占抗日胜利成果,打着盟军的旗号,悍然将军舰开到了烟台海域,要求在烟台登陆。在中共中央和胶东区党委的坚强领导下,烟台军民与美军展开了一场针锋相对、据理力争的军事外交斗争,最终粉碎了美军的登陆阴谋。
After the victory of the War of Resistance Against Japan, while the Shandong Military Region troops crossed the sea to open up the northeast liberated areas, the United States brazenly opened the warships to the Yantai sea area in order to help the Kuomintang to seize the victory of the anti-Japanese victory and called for landing in Yantai.
