师生关系作为一种人际关系,首先应表现为人与人之间的平等关系。它必须遵循平等交往的原则; 同时,这种关系又表现出一定的特殊性,即交往的一方是教师,另一方是学生。而且幼儿园中的师生关系又与一般的师生关系不同,它的特殊性是与幼儿身心发展的特点和幼儿园教育方式紧密联系着的。在幼儿园中,良好师生关系的建立,是创设良好的精神环境的重要组成部分,而幼儿只有处在良好的精神环境中,才能愉快地生活、学习、成长;良好师生关系
