一、我国汽车工业现状及面临的严峻形势建国以来,特别是近十来年的发展,我国汽车工业已具有六大类103种基本型100万辆的生产能力。基本上形成了二汽、重汽、中国北方公司三大重型载货车生产基地;一汽、东风两大中型载货车生产基地;西南,南京、北京、东北四大轻型载货车生产基地,以及通过引进形成了“三大、三小、二微”的轿车生产基地。可以说,我国目前已基本形成了以货车为主的相对完整的汽车工业体系。但是,我国汽车工业最大的一个结构特点是散、乱、差。120多家汽车制造厂中除了少数几个有较大的经济实力的企业外,多数汽车制造厂根本不具有产品的独自开发能力。低质量的相互抄袭现象严重,几乎是一种简单的重复
