我院于1957年开始试用20％黄连液滴耳治疗慢性化脓性中耳炎。每天滴耳3—4次,滴耳前先用3％双氧水洗净外耳道脓液及中耳脓液。后经本院药房将黄莲液提炼成1％黄莲素(小蘖鹼Berberine)。经试用结果,证明黄莲素效果比20％黄莲液为好。 我们在治疗过程中将慢性化脓性中耳炎分为慢性单纯性中耳炎,慢性骨疡型中耳炎,及胆脂瘤性中耳炎三组进行治疗观察。 慢性单纯性中耳炎之治疗效果较好。停止流脓者占51.5％,甚至有些穿孔能愈合,听力也提高。有些患者为经一般干燥疗法或抗菌素滴耳未见效者,经用1％黄莲素液滴耳达到停止流脓(见表1)。
Our hospital began in 1957 trial of 20% Coptis drops ear treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media. We in the treatment of chronic suppurative otitis media is divided into chronic simple otitis media, chronic otitis media type otitis media, and cholesteatoma otitis media for treatment of three groups observed. Chronic simple otitis media treatment is better. 51.5% stop pus, and even some perforation can heal, hearing also increased. Some patients with general dry therapy or antibiotic ear drops did not work, after using 1% curcumin ear drops to stop pus (see Table 1).
