作为中国第二大国有钢铁企业,经过数十年的积累与发展,鞍钢集团公司,在产品体系,市场份额,企业的社会责任等方面都取得了很好的成绩。面临全球范围内的经济复苏乏力,钢产能结构性过剩等突出问题,大力发展出口贸易是鞍钢集团今后发展的主要方向。本文主要从鞍钢公司出口发展战略实施的现状出发,探讨今后的提升策略。
As the second largest state-owned steel enterprise in China, after decades of accumulation and development, Ansteel Group has achieved good results in product system, market share and corporate social responsibility. In the face of such prominent problems as the sluggish economic recovery in the world and the structural excess of steel production capacity, vigorously developing export trade is the main direction for the development of Ansteel Group in the future. This article mainly from the Anshan Iron and Steel Company’s export development strategy to implement the status quo, to explore the future promotion strategy.
