近年来,药物研究已进入立体异构水平,研究药物异构体与生物活性之间的关系已引起人们的日益重视。本文概述了几个主要立体异构因素,重点讨论了旋光性药物对映体与生物活性之间的关系,并对一些具有代表性的药物加以介绍。
In recent years, drug research has entered the level of three-dimensional heterogeneity, the study of the relationship between drug isomers and biological activity has drawn increasing attention. This article summarizes several major stereoisomeric factors, focusing on the relationship between enantiomers and biological activity of optically active drugs, and introduces some representative drugs.
