课程改革发展至今,产生诸多的教学模式,为优化教学过程,提高教学质量起到了巨大的推动作用。同时也为广大青年教师快速提高教学技艺提供了帮助。但一味地照搬、模仿使广大教师丧失了自己的思想,束缚了自身创新能力,扼杀了教师个性。面对众多的教学模式,如何取舍已成为广大教师面临的一大难题。本文通过查找资料、观摩学习、课堂实践,试图对众多教学模式进行整合,博采众长使之集成化,形成一定的教学模块运用于课堂教学中,旨在让各种教学模式相互渗透、优势互补发挥出更大功效,从而进一步促进教学效果的提高。
Since the reform of the curriculum, there have been many teaching modes, which have played a great role in optimizing the teaching process and improving the teaching quality. At the same time also for the vast number of young teachers to quickly improve teaching techniques to provide help. But blindly copying, imitation so that the majority of teachers lost their own ideas, bound their own ability to innovate, stifling the personality of teachers. The face of numerous teaching modes, how to choose has become a major problem facing the majority of teachers. This article tries to integrate many teaching modes by finding information, observing learning and classroom practice, drawing upon all the others and integrating them to form a certain teaching module to be used in the classroom teaching. The aim is to let all kinds of teaching modes permeate each other, More effective, so as to further promote the improvement of teaching effectiveness.
