氢脆问题在钛合金使用中一直是一个被广泛关注的问题。开展了氢对钛合金焊缝影响的试验研究,实验中试验件采用对接,通过人工渗氢,预制不同的氢含量,将含氢试验件管材采用钨极氩弧焊焊接,开展了氢对钛合金对接焊工艺和性能影响的试验。经无损检测X射线检验表明,渗氢焊件焊缝中气孔较多,证明氢导致焊缝产生气孔;渗氢后对接焊缝中氢含量熔区小于热影响区,母材含量高于热影响区;拉伸试验焊接试验件均断在母材,未渗氢母材抗拉力约是渗氢试验件的五倍,渗氢试验件抗拉力受氢的影响明显。
Hydrogen embrittlement has been a widespread concern in the use of titanium alloys. The experimental study on the effect of hydrogen on the weld of titanium alloy was carried out.
