为了评价船体的实际强度储备和可靠性,研究了连铸JW钢中板供货态(控冷+高温回火)组织的包个格效应(BE)。结果表明,它具有显著的BE;循环应变和时效处理使BE明显下降;随着循环应变次数增加,拉伸和压缩时的屈服强度趋于一个定值,但始终明显低于初始屈服强度。因此,在评价船体的实际强度储备和可靠性时,应考虑BE所导致的屈服强度的降低。
In order to evaluate the actual strength reserve and reliability of the hull, the lattice effect (BE) of the as-supplied (tempered + high temperature tempered) microstructure of continuous cast JW steel plate was studied. The results show that BE has a significant BE; cyclic strain and aging treatment decrease BE remarkably; with the increase of cyclic strain, the yield strength at tension and compression tends to a certain value, but it is always lower than the initial yield strength. Therefore, a reduction in yield strength due to BE should be taken into account when assessing the actual strength reserves and reliability of the hull.
