基于薄壳单元的薄膜结构褶皱分析

薄膜结构是由柔性膜材作为主要受力构件的一种新型空间结构。在外荷载的作用下,膜材会产生褶皱,进而影响膜结构的受力性能和可靠性。因此,对薄膜结构的褶皱分析是十分必要的。根据屈曲理论,采用薄壳单元对张拉薄膜结构在面内荷载作用下的褶皱问题进行模拟,得到褶皱的波长、幅值及方向等信息。通过与实验结果的比较,证明该文方法的准确性和有效性。采用该方法,在准静态条件下,分析了在工作荷载下气枕式充气膜结构的形与态。在其基础上,考虑垂直于膜面与膜面内荷载共同作用下气枕的褶皱分布情况及应力状态。计算结果表明:采用薄壳单元可以模拟张拉薄膜结构与充气薄膜结构的变形、褶皱具体信息以及单元应力变化情况等。 Thin film structure is a new type of space structure made of flexible membrane material as the main force component. Under the action of external load, the film will have wrinkles, which will affect the mechanical properties and reliability of the membrane structure. Therefore, the film structure of the wrinkle analysis is very necessary. According to the theory of buckling, the thin-walled element is used to simulate the wrinkle problem of the tensioned membrane structure under in-plane loading, and the information such as the wavelength, amplitude and direction of the wrinkle is obtained. By comparing with the experimental results, the accuracy and validity of the method are proved. Using this method, under the quasi-static conditions, the shape and state of the inflatable pillow structure under working load are analyzed. On the basis of this, consider the fold distribution and the stress state of the pillow under the effect of the perpendicular to the membrane surface and the membrane surface. The calculation results show that the thin shell elements can be used to simulate the deformation of the tensioned membrane structure and the inflated membrane structure, the specific information of the wrinkles and the changes of stress in the cells.
