班主任在我国学生教育的过程中通常扮演着重要角色,每天事无巨细地处理学生上课违纪、迟到等问题,也处理学生打架斗殴、说脏话等行为,所以班主任的教导方式、人生观价值观很大程度上会对学生造成潜移默化的影响。但是在目前的教育中,很多班主任管理的方式治标不治本,尽管是出于帮助学生的好心,可是达不到理想的效果,班主任无法真正地了解学生的心理状态,当然也就难以使学生做出本质上的改变。从多方面论述心理学如何在班主任管理过程中发挥正面影响,以期对中职班主任的管理工作有所帮助。
