我国的小学教育阶段,大部分班主任都是由主科教师兼职担任的,这种形式可以使班主任更加了解班级全体学生的学习情况,有效提升班级管理效率。而语文教师是最适合担任班主任工作的主科教师,语文教师可以在班级管理工作中,积极利用单独对话、集体讨论等多种方式锻炼学生的语言表达能力;还可以以组织学生写思想总结等形式促进写作教学等。要学会将班主任工作与任课老师的工作有机融合、互相促进,争取取得“一加一大于二”的教学成果。
