随着我国市场经济的快速发展,建筑行业也越来越成熟。而在建筑工程施工过程中施工管理也是需要不断地加以创新,创新是时代的主题,也是建筑工程在市场经济下发展的要求。本文就主要针对建筑工程施工管理过程中的创新管理进行了阐述,并提出了一些有效的创新方法,供同行参考。
With the rapid development of the market economy in our country, the construction industry is also getting more and more mature. In the process of construction, construction management also needs constant innovation. Innovation is the theme of the times.
